Do you write SEO content or just strategy? +

Both. Strategy + briefs always; full content writing optional. We have an in-house content team via Promo Content Studio. You can use ours, or we'll write briefs for your team. Bangla + English fluently.

What's your typical ROAS on paid? +

Depends on the funnel maturity. SaaS funnels: 2โ€“4ร— steady-state. DTC: 3โ€“5ร— after creative iteration. Education / local services: 5โ€“8ร— because Bangladesh CPC is still cheap. We share baseline + targets at week 2.

Can you take over from an existing agency? +

Yes โ€” common scenario. We do a transition audit first: what's currently working, what's broken, what data + assets need to move. Typically a 2-week transition before we take full ownership.

How long until I see results? +

Paid: week 2 (signals), week 6 (steady-state). Email: week 3 (first sequence live), month 2 (LTV impact). SEO: month 3 (early traffic), month 6 (compounding). If you need results in week 1, paid is the only honest answer.

Do you do Bangla market campaigns? +

What's the reporting cadence? +

Weekly: live dashboard always-on + a Friday metrics email. Monthly: strategy retro + board-ready report. You shouldn't have to ask "how's it going" โ€” the dashboard tells you.

What's the minimum engagement? +

Tier 01 (audit) is one-off. Tier 02 has a 3-month minimum โ€” anything less and we won't have data to optimize against. Tier 03 has a 6-month minimum. Month-to-month after that.
