- Lightweight Static Routes: We build with static frameworks like Astro to minimize server-side processing, directly reducing the cooling and energy cost of our hosted servers.
- Zero-Paper Studio: From legal term sheets (our plain-English partnership agreements) to developer mockups, 100% of our operations are fully digital and paperless.
- Ecosystem Restoration: We dedicate a portion of all corporate partnership revenues to planting indigenous trees in northern Bangladesh (our Nilphamari origins), rebuilding natural local canopies.

Walk into our Dhaka HQ in Uttara, and you will quickly realize who actually runs the company. Our seven resident cats were rescued from local streets, rehabilitated, and are now permanent members of the NextBangla family. Here is our feline staff:
Oreo
A black-and-white tuxedo cat who oversees all Slack standups and sleeps on Ersaduzzaman Antor's mechanical keyboard. Has 14 years of napping experience.
Pichchi
Our smallest ginger resident. Specializes in catching bugs and chasing mouse pointers on screens during code reviews.
Buchi
A fluffy calico princess who ensures our design systems use harmonious, premium color palettes (usually pinks and oranges).
Nemo
A highly-alert tabby cat who monitors server temperatures. Sleeps strictly in the warmest spots next to the router.
Luna
A sleek, midnight-black cat who conducts midnight patrols of Dhaka HQ. Fully certified in active mouse-containment protocols.
Milo
A handsome gray shorthair who inspects all incoming physical mail, package boxes, and laptop screens with high diligence.
Coco
Our affectionate Siamese mix who provides instant emotional support and soft purrs during high-stress build-and-release loops.
