Building a venture
together — four ways.
Joint venture
We start a new company together. You bring domain + market, I bring product + execution. Equity split agreed before anything ships.
Co-build
You have a venture mid-build. I join as technical co-founder for a chapter — 6–12 months — with a defined equity earn-in and exit path.
Equity-swap
Two existing ventures share equity in exchange for capability exchange. Most often my IT stack for your distribution, or vice versa.
White-label
You have a brand, channel, or customer base. I ship the product under your name. Revenue-share or licence fee, no equity dilution.
